Before your visit

Prior to your appointment, you will be invited to complete an online consultation form. This allows your treatment to be thoughtfully prepared around your physical needs, lifestyle, medical history, and overall wellbeing.

On arrival

Your consultation form is gently reviewed together, allowing time to talk through how you are feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally on the day. This ensures your treatment is intuitively tailored to what your body truly needs.

Your personalised scent journey

Where appropriate, your journey begins with a guided scent test, allowing you to choose the aroma that will support your treatment on a deeper level.

Please note: scent testing is not carried out during pregnancy or where nut allergies or sensitivities are present.

Grounding foot cleanse welcome touch

All 75-minute full body massages begin with a grounding foot cleanse, helping to settle the nervous system, ease tension, and prepare the body for deep relaxation.

Your treatment

Your therapist will then guide you into your hands-on treatment, using slow, intuitive techniques tailored to your needs. Heated or cooling eye masks may be incorporated to encourage deeper rest and nervous-system regulation.

All back massages are finished with a warm, dry towel, helping the body feel comforted, grounded, and complete.

Closing

Every Blue Aura treatment is gently brought to a close with the sound of tingsha bells, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of your ritual before returning to the outside world.

You will then be offered a refreshing fruit-infused water to support hydration and gently reawaken the senses, with plain water always available if you prefer.
